PPVC TRYOUT INSTRUCTIONS:
(simply follow the steps below)
1. Registration Paperwork
a. PPVC Registration:
- Print and fill out the 2008 Try-out Registration Form and bring it with a check for the $40 tryout fee to the address on the form.

b. RMR Registration:
- FIRST: ALL players need to click this link in order to either renew or begin your registration with the RMR Region of USA Volleyball.
***All players will have to pay the registration fee online with a credit card at the time of registration. (National and Regional players sign up as "Regular members" for $45; Local and Developmental players sign up as "Recreational members" for $20
- ALL players are REQUIRED to print out your registration papers (RMR membership card) once you have completed the online registration and bring a copy of this to every club's tryouts you are attending.
2. Attend the PPVC Information Meeting
This year's PPVC Information Meetings will be split between two days for players wishing to play for our Local/Developmental teams and for our National/Regional teams. There is significantly different information for each group, which will save parents time by only getting the information pertaining to the teams you wish to learn about.
Come meet our staff and coaches. Learn about our schedules, practice times, levels of play, cost information, etc.

* The Cafeteria at Cheyenne Mtn JUNIOR High School is located in the center of the building and is directly in front of you when you enter from either door.
3. Attend the Try-Out of your Age Group
Attend the try-outs for your age group to be evaluated for our different level teams.
Check the chart at the top of this page for times and dates and please arrive 30 – 45 minutes early to ensure:
• All registration paperwork is filled out
• Uniforms can be tried on for accurate sizing
• Allows time for player to stretch/warm up
*If you are unable to attend the try-out for your age group on the date listed below you may contact the club director to make other arrangements. Please contact the director as soon as you know you won't be able to attend the appropriate age group tryout.
***PLEASE NOTE: ALL TRYOUTS ARE CLOSED TO PARENTS. We very much appreciate your dedication and efforts for your daughters and ask that you respect our closed tryout policy. Thank you so much!!
Age Divisions:
18 and Under: Players who were born on or after Sept. 1, 1990 or players who were born on or after Sept. 1, 1989 and a high school student during some part of the current academic year.
17 and Under: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1991
16 and Under: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1992 <
