This training is safe and beneficial for all ages.
DETAILS:
This program will consist of 90-minute, Sat morning sessions, as well as special, targeted sessions scheduled during regularly scheduled practice times.
PLYO DATES:
First Date: Sat, Nov 22nd from 1:00 - 2:30pm
(only date with afternoon time)
All other dates will be from 9:00 - 10:30 am

*Plyo session workouts will gradually increase in difficulty making them more beneficial...do the work and reap the benefits.

The drills we cover will train your body to jump higher, react faster and move quicker. You will be able to cover the court better because of your enhanced speed and power. You will also be able to jump higher because of the jumping and squatting exercises, allowing you hit over blocks. The exercises will also strengthen your upper body, increasing your arm speed and hitting power.
